We’re delighted to welcome Work Club, a high-end all-inclusive work and lifestyle space set to open in late 2022. 

Work Club are boutique professional spaces with a focus on hospitality & community connections. South Eveleigh strives to nurture an entrepreneurial ecosystem where innovators, change-makers and corporates collaborate and innovate. By partnering with Work Club, we’ll be providing an exceptional environment and engaging experiences for workers, visitors as well as the local community. 

The design of Work Club Locomotive will highlight the industrial features and machinery of the railway workshop, preserving the magnificent heritage structure of the building. The luxurious space will become the home of bespoke and flexible workspaces, conference, training and meeting facilities, a consulting suite for pop-up installations and events, as well as their signature Club Lounge bar. 

Members and tenants across South Eveleigh will have access to Florence Guild by Work Club, offering exclusive curated events with inspirational figures and guest speakers from leading industries, designed to ignite discussions and promote networking opportunities and collaborations.
