Reimagining the urban landscape

South Eveleigh was created with the goal of revitalizing the existing precinct into a place that celebrates it's rich culture and history whilst providing a platform for the latest innovations and technologies. A place of social inclusion, where workers, local community members and visitors can come together, to work, learn, play and live. 

The strategy behind its ground plane is to invite the local community in – revitalising the precinct with high-quality retail, creative spaces, landscaping, heritage interpretation and public art. This includes five new retailers offering a diverse range of services in addition to those that are well established, with more to open over the coming months. 

The Grounds Lobby Cafe -  Creating experiences for communities through quality products, innovations and an ever-evolving vision.  Remaining true to the sites heritage of industry, The Grounds Lobby Cafe provides a wholesome, produce-driven menu that is fresh, fun and innovative.

Egg of the Universe - Egg Of The Universe is a fully integrated Yoga Studio and Wholefoods Café, creating a uniquely vibrant holistic health venue.  The cafe is a unique exploration of modern wholefoods where healthy feel good food also tastes amazing. Open 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Bodyfit - Bodyfit Fitness Centre provides members with an affordable, state-of-the-art fitness and training facility with offerings including cardio, strength and functional 
training equipment, personal training services and outdoor bootcamps.   Opening 5am to midnight Monday to Friday.

Xtend Barre - Bringing strength, cardio and confidence to everyone from first timers to hardcore workout warriors. Xtend Barre will help you sculpt, chisel and lengthen muscles with high energy classes for everyone at every level.
