Guided Garden Tours
You’re invited to join our partner, Wildflower to learn more about the gardens and community spaces at South Eveleigh, including the Cultural Landscape Garden, Jai's Place Garden, and the Community Rooftop Garden.
The tour will be hosted by Roman Deguchi and Kyle Leonard. Roman co-founded Wildflower in 2020 and is an award-winning horticulturist with 20 years of experience. Kyle is Wildflower’s Operations Manager and is part of the South Eveleigh team. Join Roman and Kyle to hear about Indigenous land care methods used at the precinct and the species of plants, their uses, and their meaning to First Nations people.

Wildflower is an Aboriginal-owned and led social enterprise that maintains the green spaces here at South Eveleigh. Wildflower is a team of First Nations land care experts that care for the Country in inner Sydney. They provide meaningful and culturally safe employment for Aboriginal youths who are facing barriers to finding employment. Wildflower’s mission is to break the cycle of disempowerment for Aboriginal people through employment and education.
