Dreamtime Stories & Art Workshop

South Eveleigh is hosting a Dreamtime Story-Telling Session with local Elder Aunty Ali Golding as part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations.

Her stories are as ancient as humankind and this proud Biripi woman will share her favourite Dreamtime stories including Tiddalik, The Biggest Frog in the Whole Wide World and Echidna - 'How He Got His Quills'. The story-telling session will run for an hour and following there will be arts and crafts stations set up so children can be creative and thoughtful, exploring and recreating some of Aunty Ali’s treasured stories. Everything provided in the art workshops are free and the sessions will run from 11-11.45am.

All school ages are welcome! Parent or guardian must attend and supervise their child/ren for the duration of the activities. This is not a drop-off event. The event may need to be rescheduled subject to changes out of our control.
